Another day in paradise (aka Kirkwall Airport)

Winter is coming

Looks like we are going to miss out on autumn as the cold has arrived with my weather station recording a low of -4.1 with windchill, anyway before I start, thanks to Emma and snygana for their comments, very much appreciated.

I only have a few photos this week as the weather and the light have been a bit grim but I will start off with XV232 which came in for a few low passes this week

We had a couple of bizjets in this week, first we have PH-CIJ, Citation 680 piloted by Christian Lange with Laurence in the FO seat.

Next we had N703TM, Falcon 50,  in from Edinburgh

And the inside

Finally, I took this picture of the Falcon as it left for Boston, USA

Thanks for stopping by, I am glad you like the pictures, its my favourite bit of the airplane, hence the photos.

The nicest cockpit has to be the new King Air B200 or the Falcon 2000 closely followed by the Citation 680.

I will keep taking them as long as people want to view them.
